“My oldest son, Henry, began training in 2004 at the age of 4. I started training with him later that year. Training at Overland Park Karate has been an unbelievable experience. Sam, my youngest son, has started training as well. Martial arts is something that we enjoy together and will always be a part of our lives.”

David is the consummate professional. So talented, frankly he should be nominated for sainthood, as his patience and skill with teaching kids is extraordinary. If you have been thinking about martial arts for your child, this is THE PLACE in Kansas City. My little girl is learning so much, and gaining valuable skills that will translate across all areas of her life.
I was feeling down and out. I’ve lost 30 pounds and I’m down to 18% body fat. They make you feel like you’re part of a team they encourage you and it’s a great group of ladies and gentlemen that I work out with.
